Jazz at the Merc:

Sherry Williams hosts "Jazz at the Merc"! Each Thursday at 7:30pm you will be treated to a different jazz group in the intimate space known as "The Merc". The Mercantile, located at 42051 Main Street, is one of Temecula's original buildings and has been beautifully restored. We want to take advantage of this venue and bring you straight ahead jazz there every Thursday evening in this acoustically inspired space.

11.14 – JOHNNY WINTER
The Texas guitar tradition runs deep. A gutsy school of blues playing, marked by thick tones, aggressive attack and tons of technique, all delivered in a flamboyant, swaggering style that is endemic to the Lone Star State. Performance: Friday, November 14, 2008 at 8:00pm.

11.14 – REAGAN BOGGS
There is something about the unpretentious voice and style of Reagan Boggs that comes through her tales of relationships and memories both fond and forlorn. She is a storyteller with a voice that can captivate a room.  Performance: Friday, November 14, 2008 at 8:00pm

The Robert Holts Orchestra is pleased to present an evening of swing and jazz from the glory days of the Big Bands. Covering the two decades from the 1930s to the 1950ís, this is the music that lifted Americaís spirits from the Great Depression through World War II.
